The ancient experience of bathing is our modern day opportunity to celebrate a sacred relationship to our body.

 As many people that practice the Higher Mind breath realize, bathing is an essential part of honoring the energy and beauty of our body. For this reason, we are dedicating our first body love moment to the bath.

The bathing ritual has passed through lifetimes, cultures and generations and in past times has defined the social status of  families, kings, queens and dignitaries. Today bathing has revived a world of opportunities with what can actually happen when we sink into the purification and relaxation of the tub. Not only has what we put in the bath travelled through time with sacred elixirs, salts, herbs and oils, but the bath tub has also travelled through time. In various shapes, sizes, metals, porcelain and wooden vessels designed to soothe the senses and awaken the sensuality of the bathing experience.

Today let us delight in some bathing rituals that are designed to support the Higher Mind breath experience. As part of your bathing ritual, provide yourself a moment to sit within the beauty of love allowing yourself to connect to the beauty of your body in a sacred ritual that connects to love in this moment. Use these rituals to erase the thoughts of self-judgment from the body; to remove the times you have looked in the mirror in self-criticism and use this moment to love, gently and deeply, the very vessel that allows you life.

There is every moment of every day available for us to define our physical beauty, so often we allow the hours to slip away in endless thoughts of what we are not, when in truth our days should be \'mindful moments of body love\'. Allow the beauty of love to breathe within your body today - by engaging your mind in the potential that you are that.


Allowing Movement Ritual

Light Orange or Golden Yellow candles to create warmth.

In a muslin bag place:

1 cup of green tea leaves crushed
I tsp of coconut oil
I tbsp of Epsom, Dead Sea or Himalayan Salt

Place muslin bag in warm bath

Once you are in the bath breathe your Gratitude Breath CD. Once the CD has finished playing lie back in your warm bath and relax by breathing the Higher Mind three-part breath slowly and gently.

If you choose to carry your bath experience to bed, you can do this by writing a small paragraph that celebrates the peace, wisdom, and beauty of your body before you sleep.
